PRICING POLICY Prices are correct at the time of order although they are subject to change without notice. CREDIT CARD INFORMATION Our e-commerce partner PayPal, responsible for the validation of all customers' credit and debit cards, can process all Visa and Mastercard credit cards, plus American Express cards. Like conventional retail establishments, we protect your credit card information and do not provide it to any other organizations. MicMacMusic Ltd uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information. Orders are taken using SSL encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) which encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Your order information and purchase history are protected by a password that you set. If you forget your password, we will verify your identity and then email your password to the email address you have listed in your MicMacMusic Account. SHIPPED ITEMS (shipping, damaged goods, returns policy) MicMacMusic Ltd dispatches orders within 72 hours (3 business days). Non Arrival of Dispatched Goods You should always check with your local postal or customs office, as order may be held there. Items dispatched are insured, and in the event of non-arrival within 14 or 28 days (European Union or Worldwide), you must notify MicMacMusic Ltd after contacting your local postal delivery office to check that no goods are being held. We are unable to send a replacement unless it can be demonstrated that this action has been taken. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact MicMacMusic Ltd at nondelivery@micmacmusic.com
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 28 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and you will be unable to claim any loss from MicMacMusic Ltd. Damaged jewel case If a CD jewel case arrives cracked or damaged, we will be happy to mail you a replacement case. Please send an email to support@micmacmusic.com
Shrink-wrap Some items will be delivered without plastic shrink wrap, due to the standard music manufacturing processes in their country of origin. We guarantee that unwrapped imports are new items and have not been used or re-sold. Other damage Damage other than to the CD case must be reported by email immediately upon opening to damage@micmacmusic.com. Instructions will be sent to you by return (via email) regarding the returns process. Once received, a replacement will be dispatched. All packaging and damaged parts must be retained, and the recording must not be played. We regret that we cannot pay for postage on returns. Custom MP3 CDRoms - CDRs Custom MP3 CDRoms are produced on CD-Recordable media to match your exact order. CD-Rs are more susceptible to physical damage than standard CDs, and less tolerant of extreme temperatures and sunlight. Once recorded, a CD-R cannot be re-recorded. Custom MP3 CDRoms will arrive without shrink-wrap, as each CD is manufactured on-demand at our Custom CD facility and shipped direct to the customer. We guarantee that unwrapped Custom CDRoms are new items and have not been used or re-sold. Taxes, customs duties and laws Your order is likely to be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the order/package reaches your country. These taxes and duties are set by your local or national Government and you are responsible for paying them. Declaration of value and content: All international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type. MicMacMusic Ltd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Value Added Tax (within the European Union): Items shipped within the European Union may be liable to Value Added Tax (VAT), which is included in the purchase price indicated at time of ordering. When ordering recorded music, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. |
